I'm a 35 year old woman brought into this world on February 23rd 1971 and married to the same man for 13 years, mother to 2 hilarious, extremely handsome boys and one beautiful baby boy, who was totally NOT planned, but who turned out to be the Joy of our lives, loves to drink ice tea and hot chocolate from Starbucks. There is more to me than just being a mother, I just don't remember any of it.

..: Update from KL Part I :..

We arrived here at 7.30am this morning. Blogging from the hotel room...free internet acess...this is cool except for the monitor. Its doing a macarena dance and spinning my head. Dh said ...free - no complaints! :P

Can't wait to start my retail theraphy...shall start the journey in a while... will blog again later tonight!!!

..: Happy News!!! :..

This is definitely not an April Fool Joke :) But indeed a real Happy News for us!

We made an appointment with my gynae yesterday and he had confirmed that I am pregnant! It's still very new about 5 weeks. Everyone in the family are so happy and both dh and myself have been looking forward for our third one. Hope this pregnancy is gonna be a smooth one like the previous :)

..: What's Cooking ? :..

It's been a long time since I've updated my blog on the food I cooked. Since the maid was away it wasn't that bad. The kids had been well-behaved ( I hope they keep it up that way). Though the house was not at the tip top but it wasn't bad at all.

So I've cooked Ayam Masak Merah today and the big boss did comment that it had been a long time since he had such a good food! :P

..: Changing Profession :..

The maid's leaving home for a month later this evening. I'll be home for the next few weeks to look after the kids. Hope I can cope up with these :

1) Sweeping
2) Cooking
3) Cleaning
4) Ironing
6) Washing
7) Mopping
8) Feed the kids
9) Bathe the kids
10) Folding clothes

and the list goes on and on....

Oh no..stress! stress! stress! (mati aku!!!)

..: Not the best of days... :..

It seems like both boys woke up in the worst of moods this morning. Afzal has been whiny since 4am this morning and barely listened to me at all. Asyraf was just acting fussy, I'm assuming it's the fever coming in that is making him so miserable. *sigh* It just has been one of those mornings.

I just hope work doesn't give much issue today.

..: P...C...Whatever! :..

Afzal still has a hard time with the hard "c" sound... like in corn or kiss. Instead of making the "c" sound, he tends to make a "p" sound. All well and good until he starts saying "kiss" as "piss" or "corn" as "porn."

This was what he said earlier, "Mama? Want popped porn." "Piss? Mama? Piss?"

heheh...I'm sorry...he's just too cute sometimes.

..: Making me smile today :..

Things that made me smile today:

Afzal waking up and (in his adorable sleepy little voice) saying, "I love you, Mama" when he first saw me.

Asyraf saying he thought it was cool that I am going on leave to look after him when the maid goes back for vacation (And that it made him happy).

When I woke up with a headache (that part wasn't good) but then got to crawl back into bed for another hour when the maid brought the kids to the market.

When a good friend came to visit.

When I checked the mail and there were no bills in it!

When Asyraf said even though he didn't like going to bed because all of the fun stopped, it was still his favorite part of the day because I laid down and snuggled with him.

When Afzal fell asleep in my arms.

And now...knowing I am about to crawl into my cozy bed with a good book and read until my eyes get heavy and the words start to blur and I dream the night away of my kids who love their weird mom.
